September 2nd, we are opening a new collective exhibition at @barlafederica: 🎨 DRAG IS ART ~ ʇɹ∀ sᴉ ƃɐɹᗡ 💋 This September, La Federica transforms into an art gallery to celebrate something we already know, but that is always worth shouting out loud: DRAG IS ART. 12 drag artists and performers from Barcelona's queer scene —regulars at our shows— step off the stage to showcase another side of their creativity. ✨ Each artist presents their drag through a professional photoshoot along with their own artwork: illustration, photography, collage, sketches, poetry… a personal look into their alter ego and the drag universe. Because behind the makeup, the heels, and the show, there are artists, creators, and entire universes waiting to be discovered. 12 artists. 24 artworks. Infinite ways to understand drag.
